Pella Architect Series Windows Lawsuit

Hamlin is looking to recover alleged damages from defendant pella for the manufacture and sale of architect series windows alleged to be defective which he claims leaked and resulted in premature wood rot and damage to the windows. We recently replaced 7 vinyl windows in our home and had a great experience with pella. The first lawsuit against pella s proline model windows claiming they allowed water to enter through the frames and do damage to house walls was filed in 2006.
